The Harlingen Irrigation District is required to review plans for subdividing land within its boundaries. The District Plat Checklists are tools to ensure the proper processing of these plans, culminating in a timely approval by the District’s Board of Directors. Please follow the instructions for submitting a subdivision plat to our office. If you have questions about the process please call the office at 956-423-7015.

Plats will not receive a Plat application number or be reviewed until the District receives payment.
