Permit Application Process
The Harlingen Irrigation District has a permitting process for roads, utilities and any other improvements that are proposed within our boundaries. The permit is processed in house and, depending on the Permittee, usually has a quick turn around time in processing. Permit is not approved until signatures have been finalized and notarized. Please send an email with all details and attachments relevant to the permit. Send all attachments and details to danielvillafranco@hidcc1.org a permit number will be assigned to you once the request for permit has been received.
