Assessments Request Information

The Harlingen Irrigation District provides assessment status information for properties within the District upon written request.

To obtain information regarding flat rate assessments, outstanding balances, or account status, please complete the official Assessment Request Form in its entirety.

Once completed, submit the form via email to: assessmentinfo@hidcc1.org

• Requests must include complete and accurate property information, including the full legal description.
• The requesting party is responsible for ensuring all information provided is correct and legible.
• Incomplete, inaccurate, or illegible submissions may be returned or may result in processing delays.

Requests are processed in the order received. Please allow 7–10 business days for completion of your request.
Expedited processing is not guaranteed.
